Last fall, Dr. Epstein offered a 6-week “Get Relief from Period Pain” online program, which I completed. Before then, I suffered from debilitating menstrual pain that rendered me dysfunctional for 2-3 days out of most months. I would push through the misery, until I could get home and collapse under the covers with a heating pad to my belly. For years, I was a victim to last-minute cancellations of plans.

After the program, I was thoroughly amazed to discover I no longer had to organize my life around painful menstrual cramps! I had thought that relief would remain elusive until menopause. I used to put everything on hold while waiting for the excruciating monthly pain to subside. I went from experiencing pain registering an average of 7/10 (with 10 being “worst ever”), to someone who functions comfortably now with pain a mere 2-3/10, even months beyond graduating from the program.
